Shipping & Returns Policy
It is the policy of STELLENBOSCH HILLS WINES to do everything possible to ensure that you can shop from us with confidence. We ensure our products are of the highest possible quality and we additionally provide detailed information on every item offered in our online store to make sure you are as informed about the products you wish to purchase, as possible.
Goods Damaged on Delivery
If your purchased goods are received damaged, defective or do not match what you ordered, please contact STELLENBOSCH HILLS WINES to arrange a replacement, subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us of any problems with your order within 3 days of original delivery;
- The item(s) you ordered should be intact (other than any damage as stated when delivered) and be in its original packaging;
To report an issue with your delivered order, please phone the Stellenbosch Hills Wines team on +27 21 881 3829/9 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to arrange that a replacement is sent to you as soon as possible.
Other things to note:
Returns that meet our returns conditions outlined above will be refunded in full (minus any original shipping costs) to the original payment method used when checking out on the Stellenbosch Hills website. Return requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and no refund will be offered.
