These days wine is matched with everything from cheese to chocolate, but a first in South Africa is the Stellenbosch Hills Biltong & Droëwors Adventure.

"The history of winemaking dates back to 1659 in South Africa, and the making of dried meat products, just as far, it was therefore a logical and "lekker" local match" says PG Slabbert, cellar master.

Taste six of the Stellenbosch Hills wines, perfectly paired with a biltong and droëwors selection. The tasting takes between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the participation level, and size of the group. Bookings can be made by e-mailing or phone
